To return/exchange a product, use our easy online returns process by logging in to your EGLESHOES.COM account. You can also Call our customer Care Team on 9999014261 (Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm) or email us at brands@egleshoes.com The Return process – Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange an item online at EGLESHOES.COM by following the below steps.
  • Log in to the `My Account` section at EGLESHOES.COM
  • Go to my order
  • Go to order details
  • Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged
  • Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.
Need to return – Few points to remember

  • Returns/exchange request need to be within 15 days of the delivery of product
  • All returned items must be unused , and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snap shot at brands@egleshoes.com
  • If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
  • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
  • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to us. In this case, an amount of Rs.300 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
  How do you return?

  • Reverse pick up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
  • Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 300 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchase on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Refund options for you
The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

  • Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders
  • Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
